The conceptual portion of my work represents ideas that evolve from rocks which evoke meaning from their color, shape and relationship to one another. Sometimes the rocks suggest these ideas to me by chance (the way I find them in nature), but more often I discover the ideas by exploring and implementing predetermined ideas. I try to incorporate humor, wit, and joy into each unique design. |
